Why do we like this?

There is something incredibly alluring about Meanwhile's latest single "Icarus," and I can't quite put my finger on it.

This young singer, producer, and film score writer (yep, you read right) has brought the funk with his meticulously crafted guitar lines and dance floor sensibility. Needless to say, this is a single that is going to inject a bit of unorthodox fun into your day.

He's the sole support for La Roux across her forthcoming European tour, so make sure you catch him live. In the meantime check the rest of his work here!
