Why do we like this?

Here's one of those interesting crossover genre songs that we're seeing a lot of in 2021. There's a blend of indie rock, breakbeat, Jamie xx (errr... is that a genre?), and maybe future garage.

The end result is a really cool song, though I probably shouldn't be too surprised: Maxime. has demonstrated a few times now that he's capable of pulling off a banger.

"telephone wires" comes as the first song off an upcoming 5-track EP due for release later this month. You can keep on top of that here(a few songs are out already).
