Matthew Dear has without a doubt one of the more unique approaches to vocals. His baritone voice stands out from the crowd, buoyed by fantastic instrumentation.
In fact, if it weren't for the awesome backing (as demonstrated in this track "Earthforms"), he might be a touch too bizarre to listen to. Fortunately, the whole package comes together quite enjoyably.
