Why do we like this?

Norwegian producer Matoma teamed up with Gia last month to release the original of this track. It's one of those tracks that seems ripe for remixing and they've entrusted to a bunch of artists including Chicago beat maker, Hurley Mower.

Hurley Mower has pared this back a tonne, slowed it down and injected some darkness into the otherwise bright original. 

The opening couple of seconds of this remix have me thinking about Flume (and his recent Hottest 100 win!) What I also like are the tiny patches electric guitar thrown in towards the end of the track.

Also, Matoma is on a world tour right now. He has North America dates happening right now before heading over to cover much of Europe. Details are on his website here.
