Why do we like this?
Melbourne-based artist Martin King is back with latest release "The Way We Crush."
The energetic new single takes its cues from 90s dance and drum & bass soundscapes, with King's enchanting vocals floating over the pulsating production. On the track's meaning, King had this to say:
"In one way it is literally about crushing on someone, and how that manifests in the ways you act to one another. It's about the anxiety of wanting to take a relationship from a purely physical level to one with feelings."
"The Way We Crush" is the first in what is set to be many release from King this year, and I for one can't wait to hear what he comes up with next.
