This past Friday, the band Marsicans released a new single titled, “Throw Ourselves In.” In 2017, the Leeds quartet toured with Hippo Campus among others and packs an upbeat punch.
Self-described on SoundCloud as “Upbeat indie meets dirty pop from the North of England” Marsicans kick it up a notch with “Throw Ourselves In.” This track is driven by heavy drums and complemented by equally aggressive guitar riffs. In this song, Marsicans skillfully strikes a balance between indie-alt-pop with a gritty, modern rock sound.
Catch Marsicans on tour with JAWS in the UK through the beginning of December as well as during their headlining tour in March 2018.
