Why do we like this?

This has got me moving, and it will have you moving, too. 

Coming all the way from Leeds, Leigh D Oliver was kind enough to cue me on his latest release, a remix called "Body Rock" by Marck Jamz feating vocalist Sheree Hicks. 

Actually, it's got everyone in my home office moving. That includes me, the old man, and the plants... at least the ones sitting on the speakers. We're all dancing over here.
