Why do we like this?

Back at it again on a new SoundCloud account is Cape Town's local favorite Maramza. He's hijacked a Drake song, but my God has he done some serious work on it.

Maramza obviously isn't normal. I can't identify exactly which strain of wizardy/witchery he's summoned to create such vudu music, and I would prefer not delving into the dark arts if I'm honest.

For those of you in America, or anywhere other than South Africa for that matter, this is gqom music. Albeit an unusual take on the genre, I'd like you to try pronounce that. Gqom.
