Mansions on the Moon has released some organic, ear catching vibes lately. Most notably, the track "Full Moon," as well as this newest gem titled "It's Not Too Late."
Co-produced by American electronic producer Paper Diamond (peep his remix of The Weeknd's "Same Old Song" here), this tune is a phenomenal intersection of present day indie electro-pop and 80s dance. Best of all, they've provided it to the public for the price of free.
I happened to be walking through midtown Manhattan with "It's Not Too Late" bumping in the headphones, and it was perfect backdrop music for the endless stream of passing faces, cars, and the urban light show that is NYC at night. This is an introspective song that gives you a very positive feeling inside, with the words "it's not too late" echoing throughout the three minutes and 20 seconds.
The group, originally from Los Angeles but have roots in Virginia Beach, stated that this song is about a dream that never dies.
Enjoy, dream, and get inspired.
