Why do we like this?
Melbourne-based Manor are a huge tease, having released just two singles since forming in 2011. The duo do have a pretty valid excuse given they both also play in the brilliant, Fire! Santa Rosa, Fire!, but when you enjoy a band's music this much,  it seems like an age waiting for new music. That time has come, with a brand new single ready to go, and Indie Shuffle have the world-premiere of "Architecture" for you!

Manor have a fantastic ability to create depth in their music, especially when you consider all instruments are played by just one person - Nathaniel Morse. Of course, he's aided by the arrangement of vocalist Caitlyn Duff's tranquil tones, her voice an instrument in itself given how much it adds to this song's overall soundscape. These two musicians have gelled perfectly together on "Architecture," a real slow-burner with plenty of longevity to it.

Meticulously crafted, music like this is well worth the wait. The best part of this release is that it comes with news of Manor's debut EP, scheduled at this stage for release around the turn of the year. Patience is a virtue.
