Today I went for a long walk in the cold, in the snow, in the city. I'd been angry when I left the house and I was trying to find a way to not be. So for an hour I listened to some video about the law of attraction, how we invite the bad when we stay stuck in that vibration. The bad will come, but the point is to just turn around; so I chose the other direction and that felt better. Sometimes that's all you can do in that moment. It's about small victories. If something hurts, just turn the corner, find a way to get back to a more pleasant state of mind, even the smallest pleasantry available. Choose the higher vibration and that will set you back on the right path. Sounds so obvious, because it is. But it's certainly not second nature, not like breathing. Choosing to find a better vibration takes real effort. Helps to have tools.
