If HONNE and Angus Stone had a baby, it might make a song similar to Mammals' "Calm Down." Fortunately we don't have to wait for that union to happen because, well, Mammals has already taken care of it. So that means HONNE and the Stones are welcome to go make babies elsewhere.
"Calm Down" comes as Guy Brown's latest offering, a breathy neo-soul song that will presumably make its way into another EP or album? Come to think of it, Mammals has never actually released a whole album. Just EPs and collaborations. Perhaps that's just the way the cookie crumbles for artists in this day and age? Doesn't bother me too much.
All that aside, keep posted. If the Aussie artist keeps releasing tunes like this one, we'll probably be here to tell you about it.
