Why do we like this?

Man oh man, do I enjoy this song. Makes sense given we've been on a bit of a lo-fi indie rock kick for the last year or so (see our best of 2018 list dedicated to the genre).

Anywho, Maddie Jay is a 23-year-old out of LA who makes all her own music -- a modern-day one-woman-band. Coulda fooled me, because every part of this song seems to be pulled of just right, which makes it all the more impressive that one person is behind it all.
