Why do we like this?
I've been sitting on this remix for some time now, waiting for the right time to let everyone get a taste. It comes from Of Porcelain, the side project for PANTyRAID and Glitch Mob member Josh Mayer aka Ooah. Hopefully I didn't lose you in that last sentence, since I just used five names to describe one person.
Mayer describes Of Porcelain as "music for the hopeless romantic" on his Facebook page. I hope this is the new direction romantic music is going, because boy am I tired of listening to those Celine Dion albums!
This remix for M83 is a fresh, electronic take on the original track. I'm diggin' the chill vibe intertwined with some glitch-inspired beats. Ooah has some free downloads over at his SoundCloud page as well as a new video out for the IRC dance movement that uses the Of Porcelain track "Signal the Captain" which you can view here.
