M.O.O.N. Time

There are few things I enjoy more than a good bar. One of those things is a good bar that also has arcade games available for its patrons to play, whether that be Pac-Man, pinball machines, you name it.

It was at Empire Control Room & Garage in Austin, TX, where I first learned of the game, Hotline Miami, the top-down shooter that has come to be a cult hit with a sect of online gamers. Years later I read an interesting piece by Bandcamp about how Hotline Miami has propelled Boston producer M.O.O.N. into the spotlight, as he is responsible for the game's ultra-cool soundtrack. When good alcohol, games, and music come together, it's hard to have a bad time.
