Sometimes in life, there are things that are just so amazingly great that you must drop everything and devote complete attention to said occurrence. This morning, looking through my twitter feed, Soul Clap had posted a vid, declaring their utmost obsession to this song. Me, being a huge fan of the Bostonian duo, immediately clicked through. Low and behold, Sir Arnold Schwarzenegger's voice came through my head phones stating, "Hi, this is Arnold...your instructahhhhh."
June of this year, Luke Million from Australian label Future Classic released a limited edition 7" picture disc -- "Arnold" on its A-side and a track named "Sun Splash" B-side. Mixed with snippets of Schwarzenegger's voice and an infectious 70's disco-house beat, the single is an easy addition to any end-of-summer playlist. But beware, all you YouTube music stealers...Luke Million included some not-so-awesome fart noises to deter illegal downloading. Pretty sneaky, if you ask me.
The official video posted below is a montage of Arnold before he became the Governator, reminding us of simpler times filled with bell bottoms and free love. Come on, more energy!
