If you thought Luke Marzec's first release "Another Guy" was great, wait until you hear the followup.
"When We First Met" keeps the soulful feel of his debut and incorporates a jazzy drum beat and dreamy piano line. What stands out though is Marzec's voice. Sounding like he's been up all night smoking and boozing, there's a rawness to his delivery, with the former Jazz Masters student sounding like he should be onstage in a smokey New Orleans jazz club.
Taken from his forthcoming yet to be titled EP, "When We First Met" is another cracking tune from Marzec.
