Why do we like this?
My oh my, this is a haunting track. I'm normally all for the uptempo feel, but Lukas Oppenheimer's "Never Thought" made me stop and think.
At nearly 7 minutes in length, "Never Thought" traverses numerous twists and turns. Its first two minutes are a slow and gentle neo-classical experience. It then segues into a downtempo electronic track that reminds me a tad of Moderat or even Max Cooper.
