Chip Ivory is not a household name just yet, but after picking up over 40,000 SoundCloud listens for "Get Em High For This," that is bound to change. Also, reworking other A-list names like Kanye West, Ellie Goulding, Ludacris and A-Trak will only help dude's cause.
Chip's way too-much-fun play on "Money Makin'" is just what the doctor ordered for your next pre-game. I think he took what was kind of a boring electronic collaboration and added just the right amount of Ludacris' corny rap goodness. Mashups are a dime a dozen these days, so in a sense Chip Ivory is the proverbial needle in a saturated haystack.
