Italian quartet, Lucifour M, have just unveiled their devastatingly groovy debut single "Dog."
An inspiring blend of genres incorporating soulful vocals, 80s synths, playful percussion and a wicked guitar riff, "Dog" is a welcome introduction to what Lucifour M are all about. Speaking on the track the band had this to say;
'Dog' is a sort of flux of consciousness. The song is about trying to live as you want to live in a time of domestication. “Please forget about you” is a memo to you and ourselves: try to free your mind from all the people and things that ask you to be 'nice' - just because they want you to behave in a certain way.
Along with releasing a stunning track (the indulgent mid-song guitar solo is tremendous), "Dog" is accompanied by a fantastic animated film clip from director Emanuele Kabu.
Lucifour M's debut EP is set for release later this year.
