Why do we like this?
Born out of heartbreak, Loyal Lobos is the musical pursuit of American-based Columbian Andrea Silva. Ditching the synth-pop element of earlier recordings for a more organic feel, "Dirt" is a folk influenced guitar number led by Silva's tender vocals and intimate lyrics. On the track she had this to say:
"'Dirt' is a song about toxic attractions. Chemicals fooling you and your instincts and for the moment it seems real and special but then it isn’t but you can’t help but surrender sometimes. 'Dirt' is about an apocalyptic hookup"
