Why do we like this?
Occasionally, a song comes along that gets remixed to oblivion. And inevitably, out of the 50 remixes or so, one or two rise to the top.
I'm not saying Tensnake's version of "Hey Now" is my favorite, but it's certainly put a spin on the track that I wasn't expecting.
This one starts out nice and slow, but quickly segues into a nu-disco vibe -- exactly the opposite of what I was anticipating. And for that, it deserves a feature on Indie Shuffle.
