Why do we like this?

Pop, pop, pop. Sorry, couldn't resist. This song's sad and poppy, but it hits all the right notes and pulls off a melody that manages to tickle all the right parts of my eardrums.

The Sydney-based artist known as Lola Scott is clearly going through a bit of a moody early 20s patch. "20" comes as part of a two-song release called if you start to resent me think of when we were 20, which includes this one and a second called... "21." Clearly some heavy quarter-life crisis stuff going on, but if it results in music this sweet to the ear I'm all for it :)
