Logan Prescott's won me over for a second time (following up August of 2019's "WLN"). Given how poppy his music is, that's a pretty solid accomplishment (I'm not huge on indie pop these days).
The Dallas-based artist's new single "How We Wanted" puts heavy emphasis on a combination of vocoders + yearning. Given the context (we're all locked up), I'd have to agree: it's not quite how we wanted. Can't wait for "normal" to return.
Until then, I'll be pumping Logan's tune. Maybe you'll do the same :)
