Why do we like this?

I recently covered Liv's single "Come A Little Closer," the debut track from an up-and-coming artist in the UK. A power ballad, dripping with female power, it was definitely a good track to come out of the gate with -- it made a lasting impression on the world.

"Special," the second single released by Liv, shows the more delicate side this artist can offer. Vocals, soft but not wilted, caress the melody below. The suave nature of the lyrics compliment the introspective instrumentals as each harmonic element wax and wane together.
