Why do we like this?

Back in May, Leyya popped up on my radar with a pretty awesome new single called "Ease My Mind." Turns out that song was part of a new album titled Half Asleep, which has since been released.

I've listened to it a couple times now and it's got some great stuff on it. One of the highlights (that hasn't been covered here yet) is "Hundred Or More." It's one of the more indie-rock leaning songs on the album (most of it skews toward indietronica), but I think that familiarity hits all the right notes for me.

From outside appearances, the Austrian duo are doing pretty well for a mid-sized indie band with this one. I wouldn't be surprised to see this album hit 1 million streams within the next month or two!
