Why do we like this?

I don't have a lot of reference points for Melbourne-based pop artist Lemony Kravitz. He popped up in a SoundCloud playlist, and when I went to his Facebook page to do the slightest amount of research, all I found was a still-life portrait of a bowl of lemons.

Don't need to know much about Lemony Kravitz to know that "Hypnic Jerk" is a spiffy, somewhat trippy, pop tune. If this is his debut offering, then we're all in for a treat when Kravitz releases his Bedtime Stories EP in June.
