Large Records welcomes Leigh D Oliver to the family with his Patchwork EP. The UK producer has been making a name for himself with his classic, tasteful house tracks. His production maintains a freshness to it, while keeping one foot firmly planted in the future.
While the whole EP is worth talking about, "Blood Will Never Heal That Wound" is surely something to write home about. The bossa nova infused romper has that new jack swing that makes the ladies week at the knees and the boys hot in the loins.
In "Blood Will Never Heal That Wound," enchanting vocals mix with a fervent flute that give the track a sexy red room glow that's filled with mucho passion and mystery. If this doesn't make you move, you might want to make sure you're still living.
