Avinoam Henig goes by his stage name, lazylazy, but since he has the skills to crank out a song as strong as “pocket,” he's not too sluggish. The Brooklyn-based musician’s emotion-filled lyrics about unexpected heartbreak snake through catchy, upbeat instrumentals. We’ve all wanted to wash our minds (and our bed sheets) clean from the person who broke our hearts, and lazylazy effortlessly throws all those feelings into this track.
Seriously, if the lyrics don’t hook you, then his nifty guitar riffs and drum patterns will leave you keeping this song on repeat. He keeps this energy going on the two other singles he released earlier this year, “buddy” and “good2u,” following his 2018 album,I’ve Reached This Point.
