Why do we like this?

Lauv's indie approach to pop music is a breath of fresh air.  Unlike the top charting pop acts, you still get a sense of emotion coming from this young artist. It's not a lifeless, robotic performance.  

The production is easy to listen to and creates this late night, street light vibe. Large '80s-type tom fills and bright synth pads come together to create a cool retro vibe.
