Sounds like:
Florence + The Machine,
Woodes,
Foxes,

Why do we like this?
Southampton-born but London-based artist Laurel is a bit of a Renaissance woman. She wrote, produced, and mixed her newest track "Life Worth Living."
Admitting she prefers to work alone, the artist maintains creative control over all facets of her musical endeavors. This format, along with sparse production, gives her work a raw, honest feeling.
This release marks her reemergence into a the scene since 2014's To The Hills EP. On this track, her wavering Florence-esque vocals sail atop airy "oohs" and thick electric guitar washes. For her young age, it is delivered with a mature self-assuredness.
Hopefully "Life Worth Living" is the first of many new releases from Laurel. Keep up with her on Twitter.
