Why do we like this?

I haven't loved everything that Last Lynx has put out in the last year or so, but the recently released Rifts EP has possibly changed my mind.

The Stockholm quintet pride themselves on crafting intricate but catchy indie pop melodies, and "Get Up" is a prime example. Sure, it may be slightly sugar-coated, but behind the sweetened exterior is and indie rock song with some real substance and emotion.
