Why do we like this?

When two talented artists combine, special results are always expected but occasionally fail to deliver. This is not the case here. Melbourne producer Planète takes his hand to fellow Victorian musician Lanks' recent single "Green Light." 

While both artists' sound would be classified as electronic, they're vastly different in the way they make music. But pieced together, the results are excellent. Similar to Planète's recent single "Visions," we're treated to plenty of deft production work here, while Lanks' warm tones are maintained throughout. 

Expect to hear a lot more from Lanks and Planète over the remaining months of 2014, with new music on the way from both artists.
