Why do we like this?
Let's all give a warm welcome to Langor, the project of one-man wonder Brian Langan from Scranton, Pennsylvania. Brian has just released his A side/B side with two tracks that are so infectious and sweet that there's no way they won't get stuck in your head.

Langor combines fantasy pop with psychedelia to birth a sound of its own, and after listening to this split, you'll probably be left wanting more. There's a touch of 60s bubblegum, 70s zany psych and modern day indie pop.

This wizardly mixture makes for a fresh new take on past and present genres alike, a feat that Langor accomplishes with ease. Brian encapsulates a fresh and airy carefree style that is sure to appeal to music lovers of all ages. His featured song, "Ladyblade," has a fantastically entertaining video that you can watch here (I highly suggest you do!).

Brian Langan has an impressive resume, sharing a bill with The Spinto Band, Men, Coheed and Cambria, Quiet Riot, The Sweet, Kiss, And The Moneynotes, Frightened Rabbit, Strand of Oaks, Lewis & Clarke, Styx, REO Speedwagon, 38 Special, and The Scrantones, featuring members of Weezer, Sheryl Crow, Elton John and cast members of NBC's The Office. We should be thankful that he's now venturing off on his own! He's obviously oozing with talent and ambition. Let's all raise our glasses to Langor and don't forgot to get his Ladyblade/Boom Boom split!
