Why do we like this?

"I don't wanna waste it this time," Elizabeth Powell bluntly begins on the latest track off Land of Talk's upcoming record, Life After Youth. 

Collaborating with Sharon Van Etten for the album, Etten's trace is evident here - with simple melodies and lyrics, a guitar-heavy drive, and a search for deeper meaning. 

It's a road-trip type tune, meant for jamming along while in the midst of movement. Land of Talk has come a long way themselves since 2006 and here, Powell invites you to join them.
