Why do we like this?

Lana Del Rey has gotten a lot of shit following a less-than-stellar Saturday Night Live performance. To be fair, I haven't actually watched it -- but the reaction was pretty hard to miss in the press. Lana's folks, understandably, went on damage control. So much so that one theory goes so far as to guess that they intentionally leaked her upcoming album Born To Die in an attempt to remind fans that it's all about the music.

Well, "Radio" is a pretty darn good song, so arguably it worked. I'll let you judge for yourself, but there have been a number of successful tracks released by Lana to date, and this one doesn't fall short. She won't be the next Adele, but she's definitely made a splash.
