La Mar is quickly becoming a new favorite within the Australian music landscape, and it’s easy to see why. The duo, signed to Stoney Roads Records out of Sydney, have only released two tracks in their short lifespan. But man, talk about quality.
Their first original release of 2015 and a highly promising taste of what is to come for their debut EP due out later this year is "Trick of the Light." It brings forward the wonderfully lush, spacey production, and smooth, soulful vocals we have come to love about the La Mar sound.
Their debut "Anchor" was released in November last year after a great response to their collaboration with German wunderkind Mazde on "Shifted Thoughts," and now "Trick of the Light" comfortably tacks onto the end of that tracklist.
