Why do we like this?

As a girl with bangs, I was hesitant to listen to anything by a band called Kitten, lest a boy appear out of the ether and hit me with another, "Wow, you're just like Zooey Deschanel." 

And then I remembered I write for a website called Indie Shuffle and I don't know why I kid myself at this point. 

If memphis patterns came with soundtracks, all of them would be "I Did It!" -- so bright and infectious  you don't even notice the skill put in to create such unbridled energy.
