Why do we like this?

New York-based Kidaudra reached out to me earlier this month when she released her new EP, Ache.

Ache is a five-track trip down avant-pop lane, and well worth a listen or three if you're in the mood for invigorating female vocals.

"Help Me!" opens the EP, which you can stream in full on SoundCloud and purchase on Bandcamp.

Indie Shuffle fans living in New York should also consider catching one of Kidaudra's live shows.
