Sounds like:
Pink Floyd,
Pixies
Why do we like this?
With Amurica gearing up for fireworks and citizens piggybacking off the proverbial 4th of July tradition as an excuse to digest hots dogs and consume alcohol, Kid Cudi has blessed us with a new single, "Going To The Ceremony."
I am pleased that Cudi was stubborn and revisited his rock n' roll shahkra energies to produce a track with sinister percussion rudiments and moody guitars. Mescudi's production continues to improve; "Going To The Ceremony" is the best produced track, thus far, by frequent collaborator WZRD.
It's rare for Kid Cudi to release a single so soon after debuting his album, having dropped Indicud two months ago, but as a fan and music enthusiast, it is a pleasant surprise! Stream the serendipitous track above.
