Some of you may have heard of the USA Network. Or, at least, their little program Suits.
The Season 5 summer finale of the hit cable show featured a tune from Keaton Simons, in not-his-first-contribution to the Suits soundtrack. "When I Go" is brand spanking new, a collaboration of Keaton, Laura Goldfarb, and producer Smith Carlson.
This is just one of many unreleased epic tunes from Keaton's collaboration with Carlson, who is presently most well-known as Ryan Tedder's protégé. Smith has received engineering credits on Taylor Swift's "1989," Demi Lovato's "Demi," Gavin DeGraw's "Make A Move," Maroon 5's "Overexposed," and naturally One Republic's "Native."
"When I Go" is about reaching your breaking point, taking a stand and confidently walking away. It's also a pulsating jam, a fitting anthem for a show on cable, sure... but a great song in its own right.
