Why do we like this?
I wrote about KEAH's debut single not even a month ago, and they're back with another one already.
More upbeat than "Default," new single “If I Were” is a wonderfully textured electronic track with a mixture of organic instruments, keeping it grounded in an indie pop realm.
The beautiful, unaffected vocals of Marc Rauscher have a quality that's very much reminiscent of Chris Martin from Coldplay, with a slightly raw, emotional edge to it. This, paired with Jonas Holle's intricate production, makes this song one of my favorite indie tracks this year so far.
The duo will be releasing their debut EP Catch Breath Good Bye on March 18, 2016. Keep up to date on Facebook and SoundCloud for more news on that.
