Austin-based label, Keeled Scales, brings us the storytelling musings of Katy Kirby.

And dear reader, I have been anticipating her debut record,Cool Dry Place,for such a long time. This track was released as a single and it's a sunny-filled, cottagecore-inspired masterpiece.

Mainly, "Juniper" shows off Kirby's poetic sensibilities behind the mic, which corresponds with the jangly production style. Just give it a listen and fall in love.
