Kassassin Street's track last year called "Talk In Riddles" stands out in my mind as one of the better indie rock tracks I heard in 2015. I remember forwarding it to everyone I knew at the time describing it as "this the best dance-rock track that not enough people have heard yet."
Off the back of that and I was super excited to learn they released another track today called "Hand In My Pocket".
Kassassin Street pump out an aggressive sound, which is understandable given they're a 5-piece. But more than that -- their work is edgy and aggressive while being catchy and danceable. What a winning combo.
I'll be willing to bet that edgy vibe and catchy sound translates into something pretty wonderful in their live set. In fact Kassassin Street have lots of festival and concert dates lined up for summer 2016 across the UK and Europe. Get on their Facebook page for all the info.
