Why do we like this?
The tag-team producers from Miami, Matt Toth and Julio Mejia, aka GTA, are on a mission: death to genres. With releases on A-Trak's, Diplo's, and Laidback Luke's labels, GTA have been creatively flippin' tunes from random genres into trappy, electronic, rump shaking tracks. One example is the Phoenix "Fences" remix.
As this GTA remix, via Ultra Records, was originally released as the "Van Roth" remix, GTA have added some nasty hi-hats, super low-end bass, and some smooth strings to the already mellower electronic track by Kaskade & Deadmau5 to give it a chilled trappy vibe.
