Why do we like this?

Karl Kling steps out of the RAC spotlight to focus on his self-titled project. Today, he shares a new tune called "Careful." In this track, we see Karl drawing more from his indie rock influences and taking over the mic to lay down his own Postal Service-y vocals. 

Careful" starts off with some retro 80s disco vibes and breaks out into a Buddy Holly-style PSA about breaking up, or the proper procedure for having a dance party. Either way, first rule: "be careful."

This single is the first look from his upcoming debut LP out later this spring via Ghost Beach's Crazy Heart Records.
