Why do we like this?

Dare I bring up the fact that Vanic is passing this off as more of a collaboration than a remix? Okay, I just did.

I'm going to go ahead and make the executive decision to tag this as a remix rather than a collab, so now that that's settled let's talk about the actual track, shall we?

"Make Me Fade" was released on K.Flay's 2014 album Life As A Dog, and is actually the second track off the album remixed by Vancouver-based Vanic (the first was "Can't Sleep," which was not surprisingly also tagged as if it were a collab).

Putting aside my attribution concerns, the end result on this remix is catchy -- enough so that I've decided to make it Song of the Day.
