Why do we like this?

This song starts out fairly safe and predictable. At the ~1:10 mark it switches things up a bit, and that's where I found myself "lost" in the music.

Julius Abel has made a few appearances on Indie Shuffle before, including this lovely remix of Nina Simone. While that had a bit of an upbeat vibe, this one comes across as a bit more sombre.

Julius makes it clear that the downtempo approach is no coincidence: 2020 has been a crazy year, with many folks finding themselves lost. Thus the song's title, "Lost."
