Why do we like this?

It's bright and early on a Sunday  morning, and I'm about ready to go out for a run. Fortunately I'll have Julio Bashmore's newest track "Simple Love" along the way.

The track, premiered last night on Annie Mac's BBC1 show, is true to its name: somewhat simple. There's not an immense amount of experimentation going on, and yet it seems that within this simplicity lies the success of the track.

Apparently there's an album due some time in February (a long way away), so expect to hear more from this artist as we go along.
