London producer Joy Orbison has just released his first solo material in five years.
Like most of Joy O's releases, "Fuerza" has been teasing fans in the form of various radio rips for quite a few months now, before being spontaneously released this week.
"Fuerza" recalls the recent Boddika collaboration "TMTT" with its stripped back groove, while the a-side "Off Season" sees Orbison re-connecting with the jungle roots laid down by his uncle in the 1990s.
In addition to Off Season/Fuerza, Joy O will also be releasing another new EP, Toss Portal, via his newly inaugurated label of the same name. Grab both EP's via the Toss Portal Bandcamp page.
